Guest list
Add guests right on the site, upload a spreadsheet, or send contacts from your phone over WhatsApp. InviteBerry keeps them in one tidy list, where every guest has a side and a language, and families are invited together.

Import
Nothing to rework into a template first. The import knows the usual column titles in Hebrew, Russian and English, reads CSV files with commas or semicolons, and joins first and last names for you. If a column cannot be read, you see which one before anything is saved.
| ФИО | נייד | Side | Relation | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | Ирина Коган | 052-555-0143 | невеста | кузина |
| 3 | אורי אברהם | 054-555-0178 | חתן | חבר מהצבא |
| 4 | Daniel Weiss | 050-555-0112 | bride | colleague |
| 5 | Maya Tesfaye | 053-555-0164 | חתן | שכנה |
Excel or CSV, including one downloaded from Google Sheets or Google Contacts.
Every column lands in its field, and a column that does not fit is shown by its title.
Sides in the file match the ones you set up. If a guest with the same phone is already on the list, you decide what happens.
Prefer a fresh start? Download the template: one guest on their own and one family as a party.
Three ways in
Mix them freely: upload the big list, type in the few you forgot, and forward the rest from your phone’s contacts over WhatsApp.
A table made for typing: one row per person, Tab to the next cell, Enter for a new row. Empty rows are simply skipped.
Excel or CSV, the whole list at once. A workbook that opens with an instructions page still imports from the right sheet.
A relative whose number you add as a coordinator shares contacts with the InviteBerry WhatsApp number and picks the side. Nothing joins the list until you review it.

Every language
Each name stays in its own alphabet and reads in its own direction. Each guest gets their messages in their own language, greeted by the spelling written for it.

Parties and sides
Group the people you invite together into a party. Any adult on it can answer for everyone, and each adult still keeps their own personal link.

No guest twice
A phone number already on the list cannot start a second guest. You decide what happens, row by row, and two people you have told apart stay told apart.
