The invitation texts and the thank-you are worded for a bar mitzvah, and three invitation themes are made for it. Wherever the ceremony is: a synagogue, the Kotel, a hall or a garden.
The morning at the synagogue and the evening with everyone you love. In one place.
The invitation with its own website, the replies, the grandmother who never answers WhatsApp, the table, the photos and the thank-yous. For a bar mitzvah or a bat mitzvah, in Hebrew, Russian and English.

Save the date, with the Hebrew date
A first message tells everyone to keep the day free. The invitation can carry the Hebrew date under the date, and the organiser says if the day starts after sunset.

Try the features
Everything here works right on the page. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent.
Make the card
Pick the event, type the names, choose one of the designs and the language: the card follows as you go.
Answer as a guest
Tap a reply in the invitation: the organiser’s list counts it at once. Switch the guest’s language below.
The album guests open
Like a photo, save it to a folder only you see, or pick a few to download. Included with every event.
Build the event site
Pick one of the site builder’s eleven themes, the event, the names, the date and the sections: the preview rebuilds at once.
Seat them by drag
Drag a guest or a whole party onto a table, or tap the armchair to choose one. A table that is too small says so.
Messages on WhatsApp
Pick the message: invitation, reminder, event-day message or thank-you. Each goes to its own guests by default. Check how it looks in WhatsApp and send; here the queue only pretends.
Add an expense
Add a category, record a payment, and watch paid, left and the totals follow.
Keep track of the gifts
Mark each guest’s gift as money or an item and type the amount: you see at once who gave what was expected, less, or nothing yet, and the totals follow.
For every guest
This is how your guests will see it
Big buttons, plain words, their own language, so the grandmother taps a reply as easily as the cousin. No app to install and no account to create. Try it: tap an answer and watch the count change.

Send to everyone, or only the people you pick
Save the dates, invitations, event-day reminders and thank-yous, by WhatsApp or SMS. Each guest gets the text written for their language.
- Everyone, or a hand-picked list filtered by reply or WhatsApp status
- A written text for each language, never a machine translation
- An optional personal link, and an unsubscribe link in every message
The guests who have not answered, in one ready list
Three ready rounds: save the date, no answer yet, thank-yous. Call from your own phone and mark each answer with a tap, or hand a round to a parent by private link.
- One tap records the outcome: coming, not coming, no answer, wrong number
- An answer taken by phone updates the list and the seating at once
- A shared link opens only the rounds you tick, and only for a while
Who came, and what each guest gave
Record each gift as it comes in, money or an item. The panel puts who came next to who said they would.
- Gifts per guest: money or an item, with amount and currency
- Real attendance next to the RSVP count, with every mismatch flagged
- The thank-you round starts from who really came

The evening
Who arrived, where do they sit, what is on the wall
The hall at night has two tools of its own. Both are paid add-ons.
- Paid add-on
At the door
A cousin or a hired hostess opens a private link, finds each guest, says the table and marks them in. Walk-ins can be added on the spot.
- Paid add-on
On the wall
Photos the guests upload during the party pass the screening and play as a slideshow on the hall’s projector, with a QR code that leads back to the gallery.
Built for
Who makes the day happen
The day belongs to the family, and the work is shared out by a link or a role, never by handing over your login.

The parents of the celebrant
They own the event: send the invitations, watch the replies come in and thank everyone after.

The grandmother or the aunt who makes the calls
She gets a private calling-round link and the list of who to ring. She never sees the rest of the panel.

The relative or friend who helps
An editor works on the list, the seating and the messages. A host follows along, reads the list and the plan and records what each guest gave.

The person at the door of the hall
A hired hostess or a cousin with the reception-desk link finds each guest, says the table and marks them in. A paid add-on.

- Included
Kosher, children’s and teen answers
Kosher and mehadrin meals, children’s meals and a mark for a teen under 18, as questions you switch on in the reply.
Questions
Everything you might ask, before you join.
Tap a question to see the answer
- Every guest gets one invitation and one reply. The ceremony is a question in it: the guest keeps “all of us” ticked, or unticks it and says how many. The dashboard totals it, next to the party headcount.
- Run a calling round. The guests who have not answered wait on a ready list, and you, or a parent you hand it to by private link, call and record each answer. They see the round, not your panel.
- Mark a guest as a teen (under 18) or a child, and switch on children’s meals and a high chair where you need them. Seating groups keep the classmates and the cousins together, and keep-apart rules cover the rest.
- Switch on the questions you need: kosher, mehadrin, children’s meals, a food allergy. An allergy has its own consent line, and these answers are erased 30 days after the event.
- Yes. A second line under the date shows it: in letters on a Hebrew page, in digits with the month name on an English or Russian one. If the day starts after sunset, one switch moves it a day on.
- The invitation site comes in Hebrew, Russian and English, and each message is written in the guest’s own language rather than machine translated. AI can draft a missing site language for you to review; it is switched on per event.
- The gallery asks for a sign-in: a username with an access code, or a phone code for guests aged 16 and over. A younger child goes in with a parent. Every upload is screened automatically, and the live screen, a paid add-on, plays what passes.
- You do. By default a guest’s upload is hidden from the others until someone on your team publishes it, and automatic screening checks every upload either way. You can switch the review off; the screening stays.
- Pricing is announced at the public launch. Join early access before then and we will email you a special offer.
