Open the invitation siteTwo kinds of birthday, one page
A child’s partyOne family, one reply
- Each family gets its own invitation by WhatsApp or SMS and answers once for the whole household.
- A high chair and a stroller space are asked on the form, only where children are invited.
- After “coming”, a calendar entry and Waze are one tap away.
A round birthdayThe guest of honour, at the head of the table
- The guest of honour follows the list and the replies as host, without touching what they should not.
- A shared album for the photos of the night, behind a sign-in and open until a date you set.
One birthday, start to finish
From the invitation to the party
Scroll, and the phone follows the party.
The invitation
It arrives on their own phone
A WhatsApp or SMS message in the language you wrote for that guest, with a link to the invitation page and a reply in one tap.
The page
Everything in one place
The time, the place and the dress code, on a personal page instead of a message that scrolls away.
The reply
Adults, children, allergies, a high chair
One answer for the household: how many adults, how many children, and the questions you switched on.
The day
Calendar and Waze, then a reminder
After “coming”, the guest can add the party to a calendar and open the route in Waze. On the day, those who said yes get a reminder.
At the party
The guests’ photos on the hall’s screen
Photos the guests upload during the party pass the automatic check and play on the hall’s projector a couple of minutes later, with a QR code that brings the next table into the album. A paid add-on.

The reply
Who comes, and what they eat
One answer for each household: how many are coming, and the questions you switched on, such as vegetarian or kosher.

Try the features
Everything here works right on the page. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent.
Make the card
Pick the event, type the names, choose one of the designs and the language: the card follows as you go.
Answer as a guest
Tap a reply in the invitation: the organiser’s list counts it at once. Switch the guest’s language below.
The album guests open
Like a photo, save it to a folder only you see, or pick a few to download. Included with every event.
Build the event site
Pick one of the site builder’s eleven themes, the event, the names, the date and the sections: the preview rebuilds at once.
Seat them by drag
Drag a guest or a whole party onto a table, or tap the armchair to choose one. A table that is too small says so.
Messages on WhatsApp
Pick the message: invitation, reminder, event-day message or thank-you. Each goes to its own guests by default. Check how it looks in WhatsApp and send; here the queue only pretends.
Add an expense
Add a category, record a payment, and watch paid, left and the totals follow.
Keep track of the gifts
Mark each guest’s gift as money or an item and type the amount: you see at once who gave what was expected, less, or nothing yet, and the totals follow.
Replace the chasing
Five places to check, or one.
How a birthday usually gets organised, next to how it works in InviteBerry.
| The job | The usual way | With InviteBerry |

| Who answered | The class groupThumbs-up in a chat, texts, whispers at pickup. | One list per invitation, with each answer next to its guest. |
| The headcount | A hand countAdded up by hand a few days before the party. | Adults and children counted for each household. |
| Allergies and chairs | Three chatsAsked again and again, then remembered by you. | A question on the form, and a list for each option. |
| Directions and time | A pinned messageIt scrolls away, and the question comes back. | A calendar entry and Waze offered after “coming”. |
| Photos | A group chatOnly the first few arrive, and the rest are lost. | One album after the party, behind a sign-in, open until a date. |

Every reply, the moment it arrives
Answers from WhatsApp, SMS, the invitation site and phone calls land in one guest list, with how many people each guest brings.
- Attending, waiting and not coming, counted for you
- Each answer shows how it arrived: a message, the site or a call

Send to everyone, or only the people you pick
Save the dates, invitations, event-day reminders and thank-yous, by WhatsApp or SMS. Each guest gets the text written for their language.
- Everyone, or a hand-picked list filtered by group, reply or WhatsApp status
- A written text for each language, never a machine translation
- An optional personal link, and an unsubscribe link in every message
A shared album that checks itself
Every upload is screened automatically and, by default, waits for you to publish it. What the screening holds and removal requests arrive in the same place.
- Approve or hide in one tap, or hand it to a photo moderator
- Guests sign in to the gallery with a code or their phone
- Downloads and the whole album as one archive; a printed book is coming soon
Helpers see only what their role needs
Invite an editor or a photo moderator by email, move them between roles, pause or remove them. Hosts follow along without touching anything they should not.
- Editors run guests, messages, seating, money and the site
- Hosts read the list and the plan, record gifts and moderate photos
- Photo moderators see the gallery and nothing else

After the party
One album instead of five chats
Everyone took photos. Now they are in one place, and you choose who sees what.
- Guests sign in with a code or their phone, and add their photos to the shared album.
- Every upload is screened automatically and, by default, waits for you to publish it.
- The album closes on a date you set. Children do not sign in themselves, so a child’s photos arrive through an adult.
- Coming soon: an album builder and ordering a printed album.

Questions from birthday organisers
Parents and grown children ask us
Tap a question to see the answer
- Yes. Each family gets its own invitation by WhatsApp or SMS on its own phone, one per household, so nothing is announced to the whole group.
- Each family answers with adults and children counted separately, and a child is always named.
- Switch the question on in the event settings. It is asked only of those who are coming, and the allergy description is erased thirty days after the event.
- Yes. A helper can be an editor, and the person the party is for can follow as host.
- Guests sign in to the album, every upload is screened automatically, and the album closes on a date you set. A child cannot sign in alone, so a child’s photos come through an adult.
- Yes. The message texts are written for each language, and the invitation site can be translated by AI where you turn that on.
- You do. By default a guest’s upload is hidden from the others until someone on your team publishes it, and automatic screening checks every upload either way. You can switch the review off; the screening stays.
- Pricing is announced at the public launch. Join early access before then and we will email you a special offer.
- Not on your own yet. The platform already runs real events in early access, and the public launch in Israel is in Q4 2026. Join early access: its members come in first.
