RSVP and messaging
Invite everyone in their own language. Every reply counts itself.
Invitations, reminders, event-day messages and the thank-yous go out by WhatsApp or SMS. Guests answer with one click, and the answer is already in your guest list. The few who have not replied are already gathered in a list: call them yourself or hand the list to your mum.
- WhatsApp with reply buttons
- SMS for Israeli numbers
- Hebrew, Russian, English
- Calling lists you share

Four messages, each at its own time
Each kind of message has its own page, its own audience rule and its own text in every language. Scroll and watch the guest’s phone change.
Months ahead
Save the date
A short notice so guests keep the day free, with or without a link to your event page. It asks nothing yet, on purpose: answers open with the invitation.
When RSVP opens
The invitation
A personal invitation with reply buttons. A yes is followed by one question, how many adults and children, and the answer is saved. A family on one invitation is asked whether the answer covers everyone, by name.
On the day
The event-day reminder
Time, venue and table, sent only to the guests who said yes. A guest without a table yet reads a friendly line in their own language instead.
After the event
The thank-yous
Only to the guests recorded as having come, with a journal of who was thanked and how, and a warning before a gallery-access send goes to a guest you already thanked in person.
Channels and languages
The right message, in the right language, through the channel that reaches them
No machine translation and no guessing which guest gets what: every rule here is decided before anything is sent.
A written text for each language
Hebrew, Russian and English each have their own text, never a machine translation. Grandma reads it in Russian, the groom’s friends in Hebrew.
WhatsApp to any number, SMS only to Israeli ones
SMS goes through a local Israeli gateway, so it is offered only for +972 numbers. Guests abroad get WhatsApp, and a bulk SMS run tells you how many it skipped.
Everyone, or exactly who you pick
Send to the whole list, or filter by reply, side or WhatsApp status, search by name and tick guests one by one.
What you read is what goes out
For invitations, save-the-dates, cancellations and gallery access, the send queue shows the approved WhatsApp message exactly as the guest will receive it, with your names, date and venue filled in.
Undelivered is never charged
A message that does not reach a guest is not counted against your package. Fix the number and send again at no cost. One table lists everything that did not arrive.
Every answer shows where it came from
Replies from WhatsApp, from the invitation site and from a phone call land in the same list, each labelled, with a history per guest.

The WhatsApp assistant
Guests ask in the chat. The answer comes from your site.
A guest who writes to the number gets a menu in their own language: Hebrew, Russian or English. It covers a question about the event, changing their reply, the photo album and more. Questions are answered only from your published event site, with the section it came from.
- Answers quote your published site, never a draft or a hidden section
- No answer found: the guest gets your site’s link instead of a guess
- Changing a reply opens the guest’s personal link
Calling rounds
For the guests who have not answered: a ready list for you, or someone you trust
Some guests will not answer a message. The calling list gathers exactly them, so following up is easy: you, or the parent or friend you hand a round to, call from your own phone and mark each answer with a tap.
Round 1
Save the date
Everyone nobody has told the date to yet, and everyone whose save-the-date never arrived.
Round 2
No answer yet
The guests still without a reply after the messages. Coming opens a headcount and writes a real answer, so the list and the seating move at once.
Round 3
Thank-yous
Everyone who came and has not been thanked yet, by attendance as you recorded it.

Hand the list to Mum, without giving her access to the whole platform
Share the call list mints a private, labelled link that opens only the rounds you tick, for as long as you choose, up to 60 days. Switching it off is immediate.
- Names, numbers and party sizes, and one tap per outcome
- No editing, no export, no sending, no other page

- Everyone, or a hand-picked list filtered by side, reply or WhatsApp status
- A written text for each language, never a machine translation
- An optional personal link, and an unsubscribe link in every message
Every reply, the moment it arrives
Answers from WhatsApp, SMS, the invitation site and phone calls land in one guest list, with how many people each guest brings.
- Attending, waiting and not coming, counted for you
- Each answer shows how it arrived: a message, the site or a call
- Each guest's RSVP history, answer by answer
The guests who have not answered, in one ready list
Three ready rounds: save the date, no answer yet, thank-yous. Call from your own phone and mark each answer with a tap, or hand a round to a parent by private link.
- One tap records the outcome: coming, not coming, no answer, wrong number
- An answer taken by phone updates the list and the seating at once
- A shared link opens only the rounds you tick, and only for a while
Questions
Questions about replies and messages
Tap a question to see the answer
- You do, or whoever you hand a round to, such as a parent or a friend, right from their own phone. The calling list has the names and numbers ready, and one tap marks each answer.
- No. They reply in the WhatsApp they already have, by SMS link on an Israeli number, or on your invitation site.
- They get WhatsApp. SMS goes through a local Israeli gateway, so it is offered only for +972 numbers, and the send tells you how many guests it skipped.
- No. Each language has its own written text, never a machine translation. You see exactly what each guest will receive before it goes out.
- It is not counted against your package. The Not delivered table lists it, you fix the number and send again at no cost.
- Pricing is announced at launch. Join early access and we will walk you through it before your first send.
- Yes. A guest who opts out is skipped by every send after that. Of your event’s messages, only the notice that the event is cancelled still reaches them.
- You decide who gets a message and what it says; we send it on your instructions, under the data processing addendum (DPA) you accept when you first sign in. Each text stays a personal invitation, never advertising, and a guest who opts out is skipped.
- Not on your own yet. The platform already runs real events in early access, and the public launch in Israel is in Q4 2026. Join early access: its members come in first.
- No. We do not sell data and do not keep an advertising list. Your guests get only the messages of your event.
- There is a separate cancellation message for everyone you invited. It reaches guests who opted out of the other messages too.
