Your grandmother answers in Russian. Your cousin answers in Hebrew. You see one list.

From save the date to the album

One thread through the whole wedding

Seven moments with one list behind them. Scroll, and the phone changes with each.

  1. First message

Save the date, in the guest’s own language

Every language has its own written message, so Grandma reads Russian and your cousin reads Hebrew. Sent by WhatsApp or SMS, to everyone or to a selection.

  2. The invitation site

Everything a guest asks, behind one link

The schedule, directions with Waze or a map, and the dress code. The date can carry the Hebrew date as a second line, and moves a day when the evening starts after sunset.

  3. The reply

Plus-ones, children and the questions you chose

A guest adds a companion or a child inside the allowance you set, and answers only the questions you switched on: a kosher meal, ceremony attendance, parking.

  4. The seating

Groups, keep-apart pairs and rows for the ceremony

Seat together the people who belong together, keep apart the ones who should not share a table, and lay out rows of chairs with aisles for the ceremony. The planner warns, you decide.

  5. The evening

A tablet that answers “which table?”

At the door a guest types three letters of their name and sees a table number, nothing else. The reception desk and the guest tablet are a paid add-on.

  6. At the party

The guests’ photos on the hall’s screen

Photos the guests upload during the wedding pass the automatic check and play on the hall’s projector a couple of minutes later, with a QR code that brings the next table into the album. A paid add-on.

  7. The album

Photos behind a sign-in, screened automatically

Guests add their photos to one gallery behind a sign-in. Every upload is screened automatically and, by default, waits for you to publish it. Coming soon: an album builder and ordering a printed album.

Try the features

Everything here works right on the page. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent.

Make the card

Pick the event, type the names, choose one of the designs and the language: the card follows as you go.

Answer as a guest

Tap a reply in the invitation: the organiser’s list counts it at once. Switch the guest’s language below.

The album guests open

Like a photo, save it to a folder only you see, or pick a few to download. Included with every event.

Build the event site

Pick one of the site builder’s eleven themes, the event, the names, the date and the sections: the preview rebuilds at once.

Seat them by drag

Drag a guest or a whole party onto a table, or tap the armchair to choose one. A table that is too small says so.

Messages on WhatsApp

Pick the message: invitation, reminder, event-day message or thank-you. Each goes to its own guests by default. Check how it looks in WhatsApp and send; here the queue only pretends.

Add an expense

Add a category, record a payment, and watch paid, left and the totals follow.

Keep track of the gifts

Mark each guest’s gift as money or an item and type the amount: you see at once who gave what was expected, less, or nothing yet, and the totals follow.

Built for

Who runs a wedding

Most weddings have more than one person doing the work. Each gets exactly what the job needs.

  • The couple who plan it themselves

Owners of the event: the guest list, the messages, the seating and the album in one place.

  • The parents who make the calls

A call-list link for the rounds you hand them, or the Host role to read the guest list and the seating without editing.

  • The best man, the maid of honour or a sister

An Editor: guests, replies, seating, messages and the gallery, without the project settings or the team.

  • The planner or producer running it for you

They run the event and you stay on as the Host: reading the guests and the seating, keeping the expense plan and recording gifts, without being able to edit the guest list.

  • The person at the door

A friend, a relative or a hired host with the reception-desk link (a paid add-on) and no access to anything else.

  • The friend who handles the photos

A photo moderator: the gallery and nothing else.

Also in the box

  • Included

    Calling rounds

For the guests who have not answered: a ready list to work through from your own phone, each answer marked as you go. Or hand it to a parent or a friend with a private link.

  • Enabled per event

    AI site translation

Write your invitation site in one language and AI drafts the missing ones, marked for you to review.

  • Included

    Printable invitation

A print-ready card typeset from your published site: names, date, venue and schedule.

  • Included

    Team roles

Owner, editor, host and photo moderator, so every helper sees only what their role needs.

  • Paid add-on

    Reception desk

Whoever meets your guests types the name a guest gives, finds the party, says the table, marks everyone in with a tap and writes down anyone not on the list.

  • Paid add-on

    Live screen

Guest photos that passed screening play as a slideshow on the venue projector.

  • Included

    Photo screening

Every upload is checked automatically and, by default, waits for you to publish it.

  • Coming soon

    Printed album

Coming soon: an album builder and a photo book from the best of the shared gallery, printed and delivered.

  • Paid add-on

    AI floor plan

Upload an image of the hall plan and AI reads it into the seating tool.

  • Coming soon

    Find photos of me

Guests will find the photos they appear in. It is switched off for now and is coming soon.

  • Included

    WhatsApp assistant

Guests RSVP by tapping a reply in WhatsApp, and the assistant answers their questions from your published event site.

  • Included

    Hebrew date on the site

A second line under the date, in letters on a Hebrew page. It moves a day when you say the evening starts after sunset.

  • Included

    Step-free drop-off

The organiser records that a guest needs a step-free drop-off at the entrance, and the guest confirms it themselves.

Only on a wedding

The parts nobody else plans for

  • Both sides of the family

Set the sides once: organiser, bride, groom. The guest list shows a summary per side, so you see where the gaps are.

  • Mum makes the calls

Share a call-list link for the rounds you choose. It opens only those rounds, expires, and cannot edit, export or message anyone.

  • The hall, ceremony to dance floor

Rows of chairs with aisles, VIP rows and accessible places for the ceremony, and a stage, a dance floor, a buffet and a bar placed in the hall.

The evening

At the door, nobody has to hunt for a table.

The evening has its own screens, and none of them needs you to be holding your phone.

  • The reception deskPaid add-on

A link for whoever meets the guests: they mark who has arrived and write down the ones who came without being on the list.

  • The guest tabletPaid add-on

A tablet on a stand: a guest types three letters of their name and sees a table number. A table number and nothing else.

  • The live screenPaid add-on

The guests’ photos on a screen at the venue, where a moderator can take off particular photos.

Questions couples ask

Before you put your name on a waitlist

Tap a question to see the answer

  • InviteBerry speaks Hebrew, Russian and English: the guest’s invitation site and messages, and the organiser’s panel. Each guest gets messages and an invitation in their own language. Messages are written separately for every language, and the invitation site can be translated with AI for your event, marked for you to review.
