If you own the copyright in a photograph or video that appears in one of our event galleries, and it was uploaded without your permission, you can ask us to remove it. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Where to send a notice
The quickest route is our report form at https://inviteberry.com/legal/report: choose the copyright option, and your typed name serves as your signature. You can also write to our designated agent, whose entry can be checked in the Copyright Office's public directory at https://dmca.copyright.gov.

What a notice must contain
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Enough detail for us to find the material: a link, or the event and a description of the photo.
- Your name, address and email so we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature, which the form takes as your typed full name.
What we do
We look at every notice. If it is complete and we agree the material should go, we remove it from the gallery and block the same image from being uploaded again. We tell the person who uploaded it what was removed and why.
If you think we got it wrong
Whoever uploaded the material may send a counter-notice: their name, address and email, identification of what was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and their signature. We pass it to the person who complained. Unless that person tells us they have gone to court, we may restore the material after ten to fourteen business days.
Repeat infringers
Access to a gallery is closed for anyone who repeatedly uploads material that infringes somebody else's copyright. That is not a formality: a closed access code stops working immediately, on every device.
A notice that is knowingly false can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are unsure whether the material is infringing, take advice before sending one.
